Anyone using a user-friendly and reasonably affordable Software program? I am currently looking at 25 years of poor inventory and would like to be able to wrap maintenance practices in with such a program. I was one of the guinea pigs when TRIMS came out and we used it in college. I didn't find it all that great, but that was 13 years ago.

Had trims back in the early 90's when it first came out, wasn't too impressed then. I have been using them now 3.5 years and at two different facilities and I am very happy with their product and support. I would suggest contacting them and speaking to them on how things work now, very easy to operate and use. Have them send you a demo disc.

I personally don't know anything about Trims, but SPaRKS is reasonably priced. SPaRKS is more geared toward fertilizer and chemical inventory, planning and applications. However, it does have a simple equipment application. It maybe to basic in comparison to the other software programs geared toward fleet management!
