My Progressive ground fault locator Model 2000H stopped working. I'm going to try and fix it as it looks like a burnt capacitor. I was wondering what other ones you guys are using and costs.

    Thanks

The ones I've seen run around $1300. I was wondering what types and brands of units other guys are using and approximate cost to make sure I'm not missing what my other options are for possible replacement.

Sorry buddy, I'm hydraulic. When I need to trace a ground fault, I borrow one. So....there's your option. It's free!

I'm hydraulic too. All my issues are in the power supply.

I'm actually stunned to finally find out that there is a nifty tool that you DON"T have in your arsenal!! I figured you had them all.

For the 3 times I've needed one in 10+ years, it's easier to borrow from my on-site landscape contractor.

With nearly 40 year old wiring in ground I probably use mine 12-15x a year. We have started a trophy wall of burnt wire sections we've repaired.

Order from Amazon. The Greenlee is the best it seems.
