I am having the same issue. We run Visage GPS units on our cars and we only have the 5.5 software and need 6.0. I have just tested 144 batteries and 15 of those with out question are 100% bad. After testing 864 battery cells I found two cells fell into the 1.250-1.280 specific gravity reading (100% state of charge ) found very few in the 75% range, most in the 50%-25% range. We have 100 carts in our fleet and only been using 2/3 of that so far this year and I figure each cart has at least 6-10 rounds on them (600 rounds YTD as of now) and we have had to tow in a lot of carts that do not make 18. For a week we took readings off every cart that went out on the course. 90% of the cars that do go 18 are on there last leg and there is no way they would go 36. We have big problems

We are working with Clubcar right now and I have all the confidence that they will make this right. We figured that every time we have to pull a cart off the course it costs $150-$200 that the club has to eat from labor and comps and not to mention the embarrassment of the situation.
