    Once I stripped the layers of paint off of this anvil I discovered all
    this stamped info. Not sure if the stamp info is the serial number or a
    patent number.
    Looks like it was made in England.
    What I find interesting is the Mouse with the word "Hole" next to it. I am not sure what that could be referring too.
    I would like to learn more about this. If you have any info that you would like to share. I would love to add it to my website with other pictures that I have posted on there.

    thanks for the feedback Christian. going to be doing a little research and see what i can find on this piece. ;)

    from what it looks like it dates back to the 1820. how did it end up here is another question :?:
