2500E rear chain Cancel The title field is required!

   The chain on the rear reel keeps coming off the reel. The chain goes around a tab and is kept on with a cotter pin and washer. Well the pin keeps breaking. Anybody run into this problem and find a cure?

   A key ring through the chain and the post the chain goes around? was your cotter pin breaking before you did this?

   Are you talking about the clip type or the pins you bend the ends? We used the cotter clips never an issue

   We switched to hairpins from cotter pins and haven't had a problem since.
