I haven't noticed it in any of the other forums but in this one. When a new thread is posted or new comments to a thread, it doesn't end up at the top of this forum? It shows up as not being read so it's easy to find new comments. It's not a big deal in this thread because of so few post compared to other forums but just wondering, and I'm glad we don't have the problem elsewhere.

The post at the top of this forum on my computer either at work or at home is "How to embed a YouTube video" or something very similar. While the last post on this forum was from Mr. J. Wallace talking about the type of soap he uses.

Hopefully you are seeing what I mean, or you at least understand what I am trying to communicate.

    Thanks, Mel

Just noticed my new post is at the top of the forum except for the 3 "How To" threads.

    Melvin,

This is to be expected, the three "How to" topics have been pinned to the top of the forum as they contain instructions on completing common tasks in the forums software such as posting a youtube video. New or recently commented threads will display directly beneath pinned topics.

    Thank you,
    John

    Thanks,

That is some smart thinking, never know when I'll attempt one of those actions, and with them right there on top, they will always be there for me.
