I am in the process of writing an article for a local golf web site and wanted to know if anyone was going to add or change native areas because of the new rule that we can now mark them as penalty areas? I would also be interested in if you were marking areas as hazards in the past that technically did not conform to the rules but now do conform. (because of the rule change)
In essence I am hoping that the new rule will encourage courses to develop more natural areas because they will not be a penal.
