Spraying around bamboo

    We have some bamboo plants and they have some weeds among them, what if anything can be sprayed to kill the weeds? They are mostly broad-leaf weeds.

    Obviously check labels but bamboo is a grass if that helps.

    Mel there may be different types of bamboo. Especially what one may call bamboo as far north as you may differ than what we have. I can tell you, almost nothing spray-able will kill the stuff. When planted as a hedge in part of the world it can become inpentratable. Not as big as the stuff we had to hack through in Nam but just as dense and tough.
