Preemerge for Bermuda Greens Cancel The title field is required!

   What are you guys using for a pre emerge on Bermuda greens for poa annua control? Greens are not overseeded.

   The old time thing was to spray Kerb right as the Poa germinated (we're talking get on your hands and knees here). Let it sit for 7-10 days than spray a high concentration of Gro-Safe (activated charcoal), then overseed. It was a mess, but it worked pretty well. I worked for a superintendent who used a helicopter to spray the charcoal. It worked great on the greens, but produced black sand, trees, flags, pins, green keepers, you name it!    Damn shame they did not have digital phones and you-tube in those days! I would of paid to watch that.
