    Ask you patrons to spit their spent tobacco juice into the provide containers and not haphazardly spew over the railing

    Hey Tim,

    It's really hard to ID a hand but if you could show us a face maybe someone would recognize what's attacking your plant.

    Thanks red I will offer used soda cans for the hillbillies to spit their tobacco juice into - I won't even charge them extra!

    Tom- soon that hand will be the cure with a stihl chainsaw attached to it

    Some type of fungal leaf spot, probably Cercospora, but there are several others. Wet weather was probably a factor. Daconil would keep new leaves from being infected, then spray preventitively next year. Kenneth Ingram, UMD

    We have galls all over our poplars from aphids. They feed on the veins and that is what it looks like you have as well. Second picture seems to show the eggs attached to the leaf.

    Hawthorn rust was the diagnosis
