Was diagnosed with Fusarium Blight and summer patch in our fairways and roughs this week. Probably have had this in the past and diagnosed it as something else. I finally took some advise from a friend who always says when in doubt send it out. So starting tomorrow I am going out with a DMI (AI Tebuconazole) followed by a light irrigation cycle for the summer patch and a second application of Iprodione at 8 Oz per thousand for the Fusarium Patch. Using these chemistry cause I have them in stock I am headed in the right direction. Located in southwestern PA turfgrass is a mix of Rye Poa and some Bluegrass. Thanks once again

As far as the summer patch goes it's unlikely you'll be able to do much about it at this point. Once the damage is there it's tough to make much of a difference. Preventative is the way to go in the future.
