GIS Conference Feedback Survey Cancel The title field is required!

   I am having problems taking the conference feedback survey. I will answer the first question and then the second question, it takes me back to the first question. I have had this issue on surveys before, not all of them, any ideas on the issue?
   
   I know we have Windows Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo as our server. I haven't tried taking the survey off my iPhone, should I try that?

   I had a similar problem the 1st time I tried to do it but it worked fine the 2nd time.

   Maybe you guys were right, had another link sent to me at home and that one still didn't work. Forwarded it to my work e-mail and was able to complete the survey on my computer at work.

   I did the whole survey and hit the submit button to find my survey was rejected. There is a problem. I chose to not go through it again.
