   Leases are owned by the leasing company. The packages are typically pre-sold unless the club wants to purchase off-lease. That being said, you can get some good deals on low-hour equipment by shopping around the major used equipment dealers. Their inventory comes from off-lease equipment.
   
   Some of the ones I've dealt with in the past are Global Turf Equipment and Statewide Turf, both out of Florida. Lately, some of the OEM dealers have also been picking up off-lease equipment. Wesco Turf, for example, always has a nice selection.
