Would like to get some feedback from those with a single rider adaptive cart at their course regarding frequency of use. We've had one for 15 years and it has never been used. We will continue to have one even if just for the sake of having one. I'm asking because a local non profit is looking ot make a donation to us and they had mentioned the adaptive cart. They've done some great work in town for the physically impaired, and while the offer is generous I don't want them to do it if it will never be used. That's been our experience with the carts, just looking to see if they get use elsewhere.

    Thanks

    Steve,

Obviously I missed this one several months ago. My previous employer purchased one about 6 or 7 years ago because they were afraid of getting sued over this issue. The cart has never been out on the course in all that time except when the golf shop staff have taken it out just to make sure it still works.

Our golf course has one and it was never used, until last summer. We had the president of a local paraplegic golfing association ask to borrow it for their annual outing at another golf course. We allowed it and they were very grateful. Their next outing will be held at our facility as a result. In most cases they are rarely used however.
