employee job descriptions Cancel The title field is required!

   Our city board has decided that every employee must have a job title, fairway mower, laborer etc. Do any
   of you have such a file. Mine seem to antiquated for them. Thanks

   Careful.
   
   I was in a union once and the "Operators" could - in fact, - were excpected to refuse to weedeat because they were "Operators" and weedeating was a "Laborers" job.

   Richard, will they be providing you with more staff since only certain staff will be fairway mowers?
   
   We only have 5 job titles in our park system.
   Golf Facilities Supervisor (over all three golf courses, unfilled)
   Golf Course Superintendents
   Golf Working Leader (assistant superintendent at only one of our courses, the other two do not get one, currently unfilled but paying someone out of title)
   Golf Course Worker
   Equipment Technician
   
   I will see if I can attach our Golf Course Worker job description.
   
   GCSAA has some as well on the website.
   
   You might ask for other municipalities to give you a break down in their job titles and it would give you some material to show what the norm is in the industry?

   Mel, luckily they have provided us with additional, Labor , fertilizers and chemicals and added other monies to
   upgrade our courses (3). If it does'nt increase our revenue I can't see the trend continuing.
