   Greeting from Singapore! I am tasked to come up with the Terms of Reference for Greens Committee for our club.
   
   Do anyone has any form of documents on this subject?

   USGA also has a great guide to what a green committee should and should not do. I email it out every year when I get new members.

   Not exactly what you asked for but a great reference for members from people who have been in the business for a long time and have seen committees succeed and fail.
