Does anyone have any feedback on using the video clips from Superintendent's Video Workshop? We are considering purchasing a package deal on training videos for the crew. IS it worth it? Or should we look elsewhere? Thanks

We use them and think it is a great tool. The hand watering really helps get the same point across we try to make, but does it so much better. I don't know if we don't use the correct terms to make the point to our crew, or they just don't believe us until they see some well respected superintendents say the same thing.

Like Mel, we use several of them as most of them are very well done and simple to understand. While everything may not be exactly as you might do it on your course we simply point out any variations we might have as we go through the videos. The "Safety Basics on a Golf Course" and "This is a Golf Course" are very good for any new staff you might bring on.

We use them as part of are training for new employees. I like them and they are easy for the employee to understand. I think they are especially good for employees who have never worked on a golf course.
