I'm looking for a sample of a daily golf car rental agreement that players sign and a tag that can be placed on the cart to let marshall's know when the car had been sent out. Does anyone have anything like that?

We use the Starter Hut software and a simple sign in sheet.
We tricked the software by making Cart 1 an actual player so we can load 4 guys and 2 cart onto a tee time.
It will note time, 9 or 18 holes, if anybody is on a watch list or owe dues or any other notes.
So we have 18 members first name Cart last name 1 or 3 or etc through 18.
More importantly we use Huts' Drivers license scanner to load all their information associated with it. This simple act of them knowing that we know who they are has cut down 90% of our abuse. Also for good measure, most people pay with credit cards so we let them watch us write their cart number on their our copy of their credit card slip. Once again it puts a little "uh oh" in their thinking of being a jerk.

A little trick I came up with if we see someone too close to a green or other infringement we wait a few minutes then come up to them holding our smart phone and with our best poker face state " Hey guys the GPS alarm at the clubhouse for this cart 13 has got you parking to close to green 2 do me a favor and keep it 30 yards from the green at all times ,thanks". This works wonders and they have no clue we don't have GPS tracking!

I am just guessing this was why you are asking about tracking carts

    Steve,

We used a card that fit in sign holder on cart. Starter wrote the tee time of the group on the card so marshals could see their start time and document it on their check sheet for pace of play issues. It also helped us at times with cart damage issues involving damaged steering columns etc.
