   We will soon be going out to Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding the management contracts for F&B and pro shop operations. I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share the specifics of your contracts with similar long term contracts at your facilities? Specifically I am interested in capital investment requirements, rent payment structure, and facility management requirements.
