Does anyone know of a product that can be put on an asphalt cart path to help traction when wet? I have a few/many cart paths that go up and down steep slopes. Ideally it would be great to reroute these but as we all know cost is a major issue. I am trying to find an epoxy or sealant of some kind that can be put over the cart paths and make them tacky even if wet. Is there such a product available? Thanks in advance.

    Hello Douglas,

I have been investigating this issue over last year or so. I found some granular additives and composites to spread onto buggy paths but we eventually almost eliminated the problem by rotating wheels on buggies and getting a fresher tire on the drive wheel.

    Saludos Michael

Zerotol or one of the generics will do it I think. I have used it on slippery wooden steps.

Try sealcoating with heavy sand load.

I've heard of guys scoring paths with grinders or saws.
