Our club has been asked about the use of a single rider/walking golf cart. We do not have any issues about physical turf damage or wear. Management is curious how other clubs have approached this in regards to cart revenue and use of traditional golf carts. If someone says they are walking then rides one of these 3/4 of the round, how is it equitable to those who pay for a traditional golf cart.

    Any feedback would be appreciated!

Todd, are you talking about golfers bringing their own or renting one your club has bought? If your club bought them they should be charged the full cart fee! if you are allowing them to bring their own out I would chaged them a trail fee at minimum!

Sorry but we do not have any at my club and non of our private cart owners have one either. If they did have their own then they would be getting charged a monthly cart owner fee which I think is around $55/month currently.

I would charge them a small fee. Around $5.
