I am at a private course in a very isolated location with an small/non-existent labor pool to draw from any ideas on finding and keeping a seasonal crew?

Is there a state or county prison work release camp near by.
At one of my previous jobs I utilized workers from a stae work camp. The state even provided transportation to and from work. The only catch was I had to schedule their work around the bus schedule. This wasn't too difficult as the transportation department allowed for an eight hour work day

They also have a rehab program you may be able to check into. basically some people that get busted make a deal with the court to go through rehab and they have to have a job. I picked up two this year that worked out fine
