2 'No Call, No Shows in 1 year = Termination. The rest of our attendance policy is 6 lates or 6 call ins in one year (verbal warning) = no merit raise no Bonus, 9 = written notice (progressive discipline) 12 = termination. In general our attendance policy is too lenient for seasonal staff. A employee could have 11 call-ins and 11 lates and still have his job, but we have over 900 employees in lots of different types of jobs so there is no "one size fits all" policy.
