ADA and Cart Path Only Cancel The title field is required!

   How does the ADA affect us when we want to go Cart Path Only w/o Handicap Flags?

   I did research on this about five years ago. As I remember you can legally keep them on the paths if you do not have equipment on the course. I would research it because laws change. It was not too hard to find.
